Youth Empowerment Zone is a non-profit organization dedicated to disrupting the cycle of poverty in Boone County. YEZ offers a program called "Inspiring Academy", an after-school program for children from low-income areas.

As a YEZ volunteer who worked with the Inspiring Academy program, I made an effort to raise awareness for the organization by writing a press release.
